Orders must be in before 8pm the night before delivery

But if you’re really stuck, get in touch.

Currently we can only take orders for the current week. We do not deliver during the school holidays.

Returns / refunds

NO RETURNS or REFUNDS

Unfortunately Graze Food Co. can not offer refunds. Once order is place and food has been prepared, no refund is available.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order anytime before 6pm the night before delivery. Please ensure you call us to cancel your order so you know that the cancellation has been received.

Your payment is processed through eWAY Payment Gateway. eWAY secures all your customer and credit-card data with military-grade software and servers, and the highest level of encryption available.

Graze Food Co. will not store or transfer any of your credit card information. All data is transferred using eWAY’s secure servers.
